Trisha Ferris

My artistic background started at The Maryland College of Art and Design, earning an Associates Degree in Visual Communications. I then furthered my education at Virginia Commonwealth University, earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Graphic Design and Illustration. 

My career started as a Graphic Artist for The Richmond Times-Dispatch, a major daily newspaper in Richmond, Viriginia. For 18 years I created illustrations, informational graphics and award winning page designs under tight deadline pressure.

For almost three years, I was a one-man art department for Becker & Calliott Marketing, a local marketing firm in Richmond, Virginia. I produced collateral for local and national businesses, including logos design, stationary, print & web ads, website design, signage and anything else you can think of that would promote any business.

Now, as Studio 1, I take all that experience and offer it to clients who routinely request my services. I present high quality work with quick turnaround, to meet any strict deadline a client may have.
